source. Because we operate in a fast-moving grey-market environment, all
returns, replacements, and exchanges are handled based on the specific terms
agreed upon prior to finalizing your purchase.

Pre-Purchase Agreement
Before we confirm your order, we will discuss and mutually
agree on:

  • The exact product specifications and condition (new, used,

refurbished, etc.).

  • The applicable return or exchange window (typically 7–30 days depending on the part).

  • Any restocking fees or shipping responsibilities.


Standard Exchange / Replacement Terms

  • Defective or Non-Working Parts: If a product arrives dead

on arrival (DOA) or fails to meet the agreed specifications, we will replace it
with an identical or equivalent part within 7 business days of you notifying
us, subject to availability.

  • Wrong Part Shipped: If we send an incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.

  • Change of Mind / No Longer Needed: Because of the unique

and often hard-to-source nature of our inventory, returns for change of mind
are accepted only if explicitly agreed upon before purchase. A restocking fee
(typically 15-25%) may apply.

Timeframe for Claims:
You must inspect all delivered products within 48 hours of
receipt and notify us of any defect or discrepancy. Claims made after the
agreed window (as discussed prior to purchase) will be handled on a
case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

 What Is Not Covered:

  • Physical damage caused by improper installation,

mishandling, or modification.

  • Products that have been altered, repaired by a third

party, or used beyond normal testing.

  • Compatibility issues  we recommend verifying compatibility with your

system before ordering.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact us at within the agreed timeframe.
2. Provide your order number, product details, and a clear
description of the issue (photos or videos help).
3. We will confirm the next steps, including return shipping
instructions.

Our Promise:
